  • Mirasol chili.
  • Garlic.
  • Sillao.
  • Sugar.
  • Salt.
  • Orange juice.
  • Cumin.
  • Pepper.
  • Culantro.
  • Lemon.
  • Vinegar.
  • Potatoes.
  • Yellow pepper.
  • Mustard
  • Oregano.
  • Oil


 Make a dressing with ají mirasol, garlic, sillao, sugar, salt, orange juice, cumin, pepper, cilantro, lemon and vinegar. Blend and bathe the chicken prey. Reservation. Place the previously boiled potatoes as a base and place the chicken prey on top. Bake
